Yesterday, Fanny told me about some friendship stuffs which was some sort hurting to me.

I don't live to please everyone, I live life for myself. It doesn't matter if you despise me or not because I am who I am and I don't really care. Accept people for who they are.

For those people who are living to please others, don't you find it stressful that you have to please every single one of your friend?

People change, friends change, their opinions of you change.

You will also sometimes feel that sticking to a friend all the time can be bring and you need to socialise. You can't change a person, you can only influence them and that's what one if my friends did. Negative influence.

And I'm not gonna breakdown just because of these minor conflicts. They can spend all their time hating me, but they will eventually be the ones who lose out. I'm living my life the way I want it, either you hate me or love me.

After recess, Xiao Li, Fanny and I went to the hall for a talk about the subject we're going to take next year. There's this plump female teacher talking to us about humanities subjects... but nobody's even listening and she just carried on! Poor her. Later it was Mr Chia's turn to talk to us about the whole choosing-subject thingy, he looked in a unusually good mood today though.

We got the option form and some Sec 2s asked questions and as Xiao Li was discussing with me and Fanny about getting a class of 20 people to take Double Science (Pure Chemistry, Pure Physics), Jeremy took the mic and asked Mr Chia what Xiao Li has mentioned! Coindecedence or WHAT? Mr Chia replied that it will be possible provided that you get 20 students to form the class.

I realised that quite a number of 2E1 peeps who I know are taking up Art and Literature as their 6th and 7th elective subject! Woo~ future artists and poets eh! Most of us had this mentality that 2E1 students will die die take Triple Science, but it turns out that almost half of my class (2E2) girls are taking up Triple Science! So far the girls who wanted to take Triple Science are Nabila, Kiat Yi, Naomi, Ren Yi... aiming high is good lah ((;

We must get 20 peeps to form a class who are interested to take up Double Science.

My friend said that if you appeal for a class of Double Science (Pure Chemistry, Pure Biology) you will die! Chemistry is okay but for Bio, you are required to write very very long explainations and you need to be proficient in your english as well. *gulps* I guess I'll aim for Double Science de class bah.

So we went back to class and Mrs Teo came to tell us the merit and demerit points each of us have. Yao Yang and Fanny has the highest amount of demerit points so far and guess who got the highest amount of merit points?

Yao Yang asked, "Mrs Teo, then who got the most merit points?"

Guess!

Mrs Teo replied,

"Hmm... let me check. Number 6... Hui Yi."

LOL.

Everyone got a shock!

Can't believe eh? I got 7 merit points and Nabila, Fanny, Xiao Li went to "debate" with Mrs Teo about my points. Mrs Teo said,

"I don't know. Ask the teacher who keyed in the points for her."

I love y'all man! Whoever the teachers key in the points for me!

Yipee~ I'm sooo high these days!

Toodles.

... only use computers of maximum 5 hours per week
... fold ALL the clothes which are collected from the laundry
... vacuum the floor everyday
... spend at least 3 hours doing revision
... spend 1 and a half hour on etudes, studies, songs

Lastly... NOT TO PROCRASTINATE!

Alright, yesterday's "Singapore Idol" results show wasn't that surprising... seriously. Jonathan is like the newer and definitely better version of last year's runner-up, rocker Sylvester Sim (I hate typing his name... grr) and Hady has equally good vocals and presentation on stage like last year's champion, Taufik Batisah.

In my point of view, I didn't like Jonathan since they started to sing songs that are related to rock or those songs which has gone up the Billboards.

Why?

He dresses himself in black leather jacket and black leather tight pants, then he swings the mic and bring it with him all over the stage while he sings. I know he's trying to make the audience HIGH but still, I think he's trying too hard to make people think that he has those rocker image.

But they're equally good singers lah.

Mathilda! (Is her name spelt like this?) Do you know what was one of the songs that she sang?

Ain't No Other Man by Christina Aguilera

I thought at first: Well... she has the vocals and may sing like Christina. Turns out that I was wrong! Totally wrong! She has changed the rhythm and the style that Christina sings! Ohmygosh, I shot the television a very long

"WAH LAUUUUUUUUUU!~"

while I was having my dinner in the living room and I almost puked when I saw her in the caramel-coloured silk dress.

*censored*

Her nipples were practically popping outta the dress. Gawd hell, it's like so darn obvious!

*censored*

Xiao Li and I got harrassed by Bobo today during class because she kept turning back and look at us like as if we looked at her! Who on the correct mind would like to look at her?! Oh yes, Alex! Look at her admiringly because his wife is sooo beautiful~ heh.

So whenever Bobo turns around and wants to ask Xiao Li (senseless, useless, lame, stupid, irritating... OK OK, I'll stop) questions, Xiao Li will purposely turn to face me then she starts to sing... and also turns up the volume (I almost typed "bolume"... too much of Bobo already! Aghhh!) whenever Bobo insist that Xiao Li should answer her (no link, idiotic, lame... I'm going at it again, gee) questions. We used Fanny's mind-map to block Bobo's view from us, haha.

Do you know what she did to me during math lesson?

... She asked me MATH QUESTIONS! What an audacity! How dare you ask me such things! I shall chop of all your family members' head! Including yours too! *throw the pieces of wood onto the execution ground*

*BOM! Her head came rolling off...*

Nah, that's just for jokes.

*rewinds*

Bobo came with her math textbook plus a pencil and rested her hand on my table... partly on my pencil box (ew...) and asked

"Eh Hui Yi-"

I replied before she could even finish her sentence

"I don't know how to do okay?"

She thrusts the math textbook into my face and said

"No no... I just want to ask you if-"

"My math is fail one de okay! Ask somebody else lah! Wah lau..."

Then she walked off and pestered Kiat Yi and company for the whole day, sigh.

...

I just realise that sneaking naps during Ms Lau's lesson wasn't that easy...

This dream occured to me during Saturday... maybe I wasn't used to not going band on Saturdays thus having this dream.

I got an english horn and a broken reed from First Toa Payoh's band store and started to play.

The english horn may be related because I've considered going to oboe or the time when Chand told me that she wanted to play the english horn solo in "American Salute", and why did I even choose a broken reed?! Of all band stores, why First Toa Payoh?!

I was playing my english horn happily and miraculously, I seem to know all the fingerings... well... basic de lah. And the tone was pretty good tho.

MY english horn?! Know all the fingerings?! Ohmyzod, what's happening?!

The place turned into those "Harry Potter" school (castle, very old castle mind you) as I walked out of the band store. My feet automatically knew where to go and I ended up in the music room... no... HALL. Remember that the castle is HUGE? And I saw British people there in the band. The woman/girls were still wearing those gowns with super puffy bottoms!

Uh... ridiculous...

A man (don't know play what instrument) invited me to join them and we started tuning... he told me that my sound was good (WTF) He was the concertmaster bah because he stood in front of the whole band and announced, "Starflight!". There was this clarinet section leader (because she sits at the same place like Faith) mouthed the words excitedly to another clarinetist sitting beside her, "Starflight Overture!".

At that time I thought it couldn't be this coincedent! My school played it before... but I'm not using clarinet scores!

The concertmaster led me to the "band store" to take english horn score (ohmygosh...) and we walked past the row of trombonists and guess who I saw...

DICKSON.

He was looking very sad and glum and VERY STONE so that's why I didn't say "Hello" to him.

WTF! Why not Angelina?!

So this "band store" we went into was actually another music hall, but much smaller and cosier. There was this group of ballet dancers with their female instructor having lessons. So the man asked with a British accent, "Excuse me ladies, may I take the scores from the cupboard?".

It's YOUR band's scores and go ahead take lah! Why bother them?

The group stopped and gathered around to discuss whether to let both of us in or not (CHILDISH) and they looked at us. "Go ahead girls", the female instructor said.

Her "Go ahead girls" means to disrupt whatever the band people in this room are doing... pure evil.

Wait... doesn't this incident/group of dancers resembles the modern dancers and chinese dancers when they clash with the band? HA!

We walked up to this beautifully designed cupboard and started to look for the original score for english horn. There was a girl trying to block our way initially but she didn't. I saw loads of Rex Mitchell and James Barnes scores there.

I'm not so sure if there's english horn score for "Starflight", it's just a dream ((:

Suddenly, 2 female band members stormed in and told the concertmaster,

"Sir, we don't want to have her in our band! Please, kick her out!"

WTF!
WTF!
WTF!

You these Victorian time witches!
May you all die a terrible death!
Mwahahaha!

Then I woke up.

Let's confirm the incidents in this dream:

1. My clarinet was replace by the english horn (I have a broken reed in my reed case)
2. I know the fingerings of my clarinet
3. The "Starflight" thing and tuning seemed like normal band rehearsals...
4. AHA! The woman getting excited about "Starflight"! Faith!
5. Dickson was replaced by some trombonist who like to stare into space?
6. This explains everything when the dancers had reserved the room and band members had to go in and out taking stuffs for sectionals
7. The rude comments made by the dancers were replaced by what the instructor said, "Go ahead girls"
8. The chinese dance instructor is a woman... but this doesn't explain modern dance's instructor!
9. Rex Mitchell because of "Starflight", James Barnes because of "Centuria"/"Celebration and Dance"?

now now now... how do you explain this?

number 10: 2 female band members want me to be kicked out.

Hayley told me that last time (Sec 1) there were loads of people who hated me but she didn't want to reveal the names, Jia Min told me too. Well this only explains half of the number 10, but what about the 2 females?

Or the females are replaced by males?

2 of them, remember.

How to study?!

I'm not even in the mood and I don't even feel nervous about exams... when this year decides which stream I'm going to! ARGH! Am I nuts? I guess I'm just too addicted to the computer already, sigh, stupid Sept holidays make me until so slack lah.

Did I say before procrastinating was my forte?

I tried to force myself to finish all the homework... especially chinese! I practically spent 10 minutes on just a single page! Last time, I could just finish it within 3 minutes and now... my chinese marks dropped... Mom will be so fuming mad.

Just tagged Mei's blog and realised that the way she buy her clothes was catching up to me already... I'm still wearing stupid slogan shirts with jeans! Pathetic me! Should not have thought about buying too mature clothes while shopping.

Somebody, motivate me!

I got loads to catch up!

I feel for Renie about the seat changing incident.

You know my classmates like to change seats right? Okay, ever since Ms Tan made us sit in a boy-girl pattern. So after Mother Tongue, Renie came back and wanted to sit at her place. Note: this will be a long link.

Renie couldn't sit at her place because...

Kun Ying couldn't change back because
Jian Han couldn't change back because
Xiu Li couldn't change back because
Jun Tat couldn't change back because
Fanny couldn't change back.

I don't know if it's "couldn't" or "didn't want to" okay? 'Cos I didn't want people to say me accusing the innocent or whatever nonsense.

Renie shouted very loud, "CHANGE BACK LEH!" and from her tone I can sense how frustrated she was.

Anyway, I followed Li Yin Lao Ma's advice today and it work really well for me. Joining Julie, Chand, Sophia, Cheryl, Elijah for recess was much more relaxing and I can be myself. The hash brown at chicken rice stall today was cold! EW!

We fed Li Qin's hamsters (Potato and Radish) today with kacang puteh sugar-coated nuts, haha. So cute! Li Qin and Nikki put each hamster into their pocket when we had to leave for drama lessons at Playhouse. After our lessons finished, the male hamster ended up at Fanny's pocket and it was trying to dig a hole out... so I used my fingers to touch the hamster and it bit me! Wah... so naughty. The male hamster also 变态 cos it went into Nikki's blouse?

Dismissal.

Went home with Li Yin, Emily, Jie Ying and Yun Han, and we bought maggie mee to eat at the void deck behind the mama shop. Eat eat eat... talk talk talk... after a while we stopped suddenly because we saw an old man (in his 70s) holding an umbrella and it's resting on his shoulders. Yun Han's reaction was,

"Wah, 他要来我们."

The 5 of us didn't cared much till he walked closer (1.2m away from us) and started to talk... in dialect! Nobody at the table could figure out what he was talking for the past 2 minutes! Jie Ying looked at me, Li Yin looked at Yun Han, Emily looked at me, we were so confused!

We only heard words like, "爸爸, 妈妈,阿妈,阿公".

Li Yin told us that the old man said like we were eating like soldiers... huh?! Soldiers don't even have hot water to cook maggie mee during war leh!

From my point of view and what I heard, he's talking pure teochew I guess. The following is what I think he said:

"你们还在这边吃东西!你的爸爸妈妈在家里等你们知道吗?!外面的食物是很不健康的。为舍么要让你们的爸爸妈妈担心?你们在外面吃很像舍么你懂吗?"

Bought some more stuffs from mama shop before heading home.

So darn crap that I forgot to bring camera along when I went out today.

Nevermind.
I was late by 15 minutes and met Xiao Li at 502 bus stop, off we took 161 to Compass Point! WEE! So long never go out le, haha! By the way, the pasar malam at Hougang Mall closed already... sigh... my (fake) Puma bag is gone. Xiao Li saw her Red Cross junior on the bus and after one stop, I saw Josephine with Shermaine (the girl prefect whom I despised when I first saw her in school). Both of them had alighted at the same stop as us.

First destination: Pizza Hut! To fill up our empty and screaming-for-food stomachs.

Xiao Li and I looked kinda suakoo over there while filling our bowl with soup and didn't know what was the plate for when we went back to our table.

"Eh... we look like from kampung one lor!"

She ordered Curry Zazzle Baked Rice and I ordered Sausage Mania Baked Pasta. The service charge was $1.60 stated on the receipt! WTH! But we eventually got discounts till 13 bucks plus because we had student passes (originally 18 bucks though... *dies*). We don't look like we came here to study leh, more of shopping and eating lor. Anyway, I nudged Xiao Li to accompany me to play Timezone arcade, heh heh. Xiao Li was like,

"Zhe ge Hui Yi hor... come here not study one leh."

We finally gave in and went to library to study (more of doing homework). So there was this group of Holy Innocent students sitting beside our table talking VERY loudly! I know there's a cafe in this library and can be a little noisy... BUT! You still gotta lower down your volume and can't you look around you how many people are studying?!

Oh yes! Yi Rong's present! We bought something for him at Hallmark lah. There was this really friendly salegirl who talked to us and know what she said?

"The girl in green's (Xiao Li) voice very childish leh..."

I laughed! But she corrected her sentence,

"Nono, I mean childlike."

Urgh. =.=". LOL. I pinched her cheek like a little kid.

"She's more cheerful lah, but you look a bit more wen jing (quiet and reserved)."

What the?! I was eating lollipop and you don't realise how much I can talk, hehe.

Had a look at CDs at Sembawang before going down to look at Giordano, Bossini, OP, 77th Street. I really want those bags and earrings I saw at the pushcart stalls! Especially the bags everyone has in school right now! No wait... must have originality ((; The huge huge haversack looked so cool! Ohmyzod, it's like a rocket if you bring it to school! I bought a set of 6 pathetic McDull magnetic bookmarks.

77th Streets' clothes are all above 15 bucks...

So ex... *sobs*

Bought cheese hotdog at the *dunno what* stall and went to Montip to look at accessories.

This may sound pathetic but it's like, I buy alot of accessories but I don't get to use all of them! Whaddya call that? Waste of money? Hobby? Collection?

Bought a super thick pink hair band, green earsticks and colourful clips.

Saw Xiao Li's dad in the bus while going home.

Yup, that's all.

I hate it whenever people comes and ask me the same thing over and over again can? I get such comments like,

"Aiyooo Hui Yi! Why you never go OBS har?"

"You shouldn't be in school right now leh..."

"Sad arh, underage cannot go OBS hor? I sympathise you lah."

"Eh, Hui Yi, ni mei you qu OBS meh?"

Can you just shut your gap?

So what if I'm underaged that my application form got reject by Mr Fernandez?
So what if An Chun is in OBS now and I'm not?
So what if I'm in school right now rather than in Pulau Ubin?

Does it matter to YOU?

What has past has already passed, no point rubbing salt in my wound. I know I've been "mourning" over few days that I can't go to OBS, but by saying all these, do you think you can hurt me, harm me, pull me down? All I need is to work harder and show the teachers that I'm worthy to go for OBS next year!

I'm sorry for expressing my rage in the beginning of this post.

*******

Mr Lim gave us 2 new songs to sight-read today, "Malaguena" and "Prisoners of the Rings". The 2nd song title sounds like... a combination of "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" and "Lord Of The Rings"?! But this song was kinda challenging tho, with all the different time signatures lah... and the juniors are gonna play this song with us! "Malaguena" sounds nicer lor!

Anyway, my phone got confiscated today!

I forgot to switch off my alarm and it rang during band... no wonder I found the ringtone so familar.

Mr Lim told me to switch my phone off, hand it to him and he told me to collect my phone from Mr Fahmy on Wednesday...

Of all teachers, why must it be FAHMY?!

Ran through "Twilight In Central Park" and all the solos were missing... and Mr Lim played the euphonium solo, cool sia! Xin Hong hushed the clarinets to play softer and I'm trying my best already! Will get internal injury you know, haha, joking lah. Actually it was the 1sts, especially Faith because I think she was very enthu about going through new songs. Mr Lim said that only some players will be selected the play this song (I think the accompaniment was too noisy till it covers the solos, it was supposed to be jazzy)... so Faith can only 1 from 2nd and 3rd clarinet.

I've been taking up too much "work", so it'll be a good time for Ziana to expose to such music. Have confidence girl!

Jie Ying yawned and Mr Lim said, "Wah! Your mouth so big."

So we talked about the overseas trip next year (we can't go for this year end de KL trip bah...). If you got:

I heard a few people murmuring "Dao bian!" (the campaign which the Taiwan citizens want President Chen to step down) when Mr Lim mentioned Taiwan, haha.

He has also mentioned about our second "Addiction!" concert.

"Imagine you have er... 'Addiction! 10' then you will see Dickson (with a girlfriend)."

He pretends to be Dickson and has his arm around SOMEONE'S shoulders, hehe *hint hint*

"Then 'Addiction! 15', you will see him (with 2 kids by his side)."

He pretends that he's holding THEIR kids' hands.

Everyone in band room knows what he meant, hehe!

What a nice way to ruin my mood for the concert.

It was raining cats and dogs at 3pm and I still had to WALK to Hougang Point to meet the others? We changed plans and met at Compass Point stead. My dad drove Hui Xian, Li Yin and me there and we met Faith at Cold Storage. Bought flowers for our tutor and met Yun Han and Hayley in the MRT station.

"Hans Christian Anderson Suite" made me sleep sia.

You can see me and Hui Xian trying to find a good position to sleep and Yun Han, Hayley and Li Yin looking totally restless. Except for Faith, whose engrossed in the music.

Li Yin told me that only their encore piece was nice, I agree tho.

The song was VERY familar! But I couldn't recall.

We waited outside the entrance after the concert for our tutor and we were crapping alot. Saw tuba and trombone's tutor as well as the NYP clarinet SL, Hong Ghee, and president of NYP band, Hui Min, as trumpeter. Desmond (our tutor) finally came out looking very busy until Faith have him the flowers and he was kinda touched lah, haha. It's like only our section come and support our tutor lor... others are all heartless creeps arh.

I skipped 2 rounds of my medicine yesterday and felt horrible.

Please don't tell me that my old illness is coming to attack me again.

I'm out

what we could have been, 9:55 PM.
Saturday, September 16, 2006

Xin Hong told the band that we did VERY WELL today!

FTP played 2 songs: "Cantabile *something something" and "Molto *dunno* from America Riversongs". Regent played "Blue Ridge Saga" and "Ross Roy" (Shuan Yong typed on MSN "Rossy Boy", LOL) . Hougeans played "Latin Celebration", "Red Leaves" (or Momiji) and "A Leroy Anderson Portrait". We started quite well for "Latin", in fact, it was great! As for "Red Leaves", Siti (the percussionist) thought it was "Leroy" and gave a small crash on the cymbals, gee, spoils the whole song. But Jia Min said that it actually sounds nicer... er... I don't know about that.

Matthew diao us (the lot who hated him). Eff.

We had etude duel and Yun Han was the first one to play! Followed by Mei Xuan, Emily, Sherwin (he did a double-tongue etude!), Faith, An Chun, Xin Hong and Jesslyn playing a duet. Jie Ying and I were shocked when Sherwin played the etude and she said,

"Wo men band de tuba hao SHUAI!"

She meant "Our band's tubas so handsome!" because normally we see Sherwin they all talking and he amazed us with his double-tonguing, that's what I call a pro. The saxophone and trumpet section played etude 2 and 12 each and they earned us quite some points. Faiz came out and played the solo for etude 2 with the band as accompaniment. Regent won us by 5 marks lor and FTP had 39 marks. Si Matthew... go remind Mr Lim that he should have wrote 5 instead of 8 points.

We came back and packed instruments. Xin Hong let us hear the recording of what we had played today... it was terrific!

Shi Min asked the band,

"Are you SAS-TIFIED today?"

Everyone started to laugh and make fun of her mispronounciation... Faith was the most evil of all because she laugh in a very exaggerating way. Had lunch with Hui Xian, Dawn, Li Yin and Emily and came back.

Going to meet Faith, Yun Han and Li Yin at 5.30pm later to go to the Philwinds concert together.

Wah biang... the saxophone tutor agrees to subsidise 12 dollars for the tickets.

Shu Zhuang wants our tutor to subsidise 7 dollars because she only has 8.

Diaos.

Li Yin, Hui Xian, Jie Ying and I were talking on the way home...

What if Regent nominated Matthew to come out and play the etudes and Hougang chooses Shu Zhuang? Wah, there'll be WAR I assure you. Shu Zhuang will keep saying him, "Si ah gua..." then Matthew will shoot back, haha. But I guess this incident has happened so long ago and they have probably forgotten about it already?

Band rehearsal today was so much better than Monday's! Miss Jamakyah came and conducted the juniors while the seniors sat with them. When she told them to play "O Thou Joyful Day" and "God of Abraham Praise", the juniors couldn't play out (for some)... ORH HOR... never do homework! Jing Yin admits that she never do also, haha. Jama got kinda fed-up and she left the rest to Mr Lim when he came. Juniors went to music resource room and Mr Lim picked the details on our 3 songs.

For no rhyme of reason, the 2nd clarinets (Ziana, Jie Ying and me) likes to laugh whenever Jackson is playing the solo part in "Latin Celebration". So while Mr Lim was explaining some things... Jie Ying's clarinet bell dropped and hit the floor SO HARD that my heart ached for her. The bell didn't drop 1 time today only, in fact, it was 2 or 3 times!

I felt horrible when I played "Leroy" because I just HAD TO COUGH when Mr Lim is starting the song!

Ziana and I were acting like stupids after band today: I opened my art file to cover the air-con and she used her canvas workpiece to cover the other side of the air-con... lame lar I know. Hehe. Accompanied Li Yin with Hui Xian and Jie Ying to Point's Mac to makan. Looks like Point is gonna close down totally and we'll have nowhere to go after school...

BOO HOO!

Better not screw up tomorrow's exchange!

Show FTP what we're made of.

Gotta voice out about Jie Ying again.

She came to school today but didn't attend sectionals because she went for some PROJECT lah, so she left her clarinet with Shu Zhuang. The guitar people reserved the room for today and clarinet, trumpet, Mei Xuan, Shao Ming, Ziyi, Dickson, Samuel and Shao Hao wanted to have sectionals but there was oral! ARGH! Everything was cancelled in the end and they went home.

Clarinet (except for Joey), Saifullah and trumpet section (only Emily, Alicia and Julie) sat outside the hall and started singing the "Latin Celebration" out.

Don't know where Shu Zhuang went lah, we were all racking our brains of where to put Jie Ying's clarinet lor. Li Yin didn't wanna take it home, me neither, Eunice is fine with it but Faith took it in the end and even said something that Jie Ying won't be able to get her clarinet from her or something lah... quite scary cos Faith is angry. The indian lady close the gates to the hall and we (Charmaine, Doreen, Elene, Faith, Eunice, Li Yin and me) were sitting outside. Faith was teaching Doreen about the rhythm of the song as well as the fingerings.

Then~ we all started talking about Jie Ying when Faith asked why she left her clarinet her.

Sorry my friend.

Li Yin talked about the incident when Jie Ying left her clarinet at the mama shop and even told me to take it back for her when she can run back herself. I told them, "Everytime when we packing instrument, she ask if need to bring back ma, then we say must bring back she is like 'Wah lao...' liddat lor." Sigh. At least be committed to your CCA.

We dropped the idea of leaving her clarinet at her house because her mom may be angry with her... so yeah.

I wish she would change her attitude towards her CCA before the concert.

Seriously.

Hopefully.

2 more weeks to SA2 and I'm still doing blogskins?!

And I'm still listening to songs?

And I'm still shopping?

And I'm still using the computer?!

I have been ill recently, got a super deep cough (cough until very hard) and the stupid bloody fcuking doctor said I can't play instrument for 3 days! My head was thinking, Ohmyzod, I can't play until Friday! FCUK! Heck care lah! Won't die one. But I came to realise that Mom will stop me from bringing my instrument to school tomorrow cos we're having sectionals.

What if I cough out my internal organs?

LOL.

Touchwood.

Went to Hougang Mall with Jie Ying and Li Yin after our photo taking. We changed till we looked like ITE students, haha. The white long sleeves with school skirt. Told both of them to stop me if I wanna drink cold stuffs... but too late... can't resist the temptations. The Y sisters took neoprints! Yes! It was really sucky because the time for you to decorate kept adding 1 minute lah... so we thought this is gonna go on forever until time IS really up. Walked around pasar malam again before heading back home.

Sigh.

I think I won't be able to be in the top 50 in the whole Sec 2 level for my overall results I got last year (I was the 44th student among 238).

Make me stay away from computer...

PLEASE!

We didn't had lessons for the whole day today! I'm like so darn freaking happy because there'll be no science and geog lessons today (I haven't finish the holiday assignments... heh!). My usual Monday morning blues came again *sigh* went quiet and isolated for one whole hour?

Fernehneh got some Sec 2 guys to play basketball and some girls to play Captain's Ball. Mian Xia, Nabila, Xiao Li, Yun Han, Xiu Li and I were the only girls from 2E2 to play, with some girls from 2E1, 2E4, 2E5 and 6. My team had Jolyn, Alicia, Xiao Li, Jannah, Nabila, Cheri, Mian Xia, Ziana and a malay girl from 2E1, we versus the rest of 2E2 girls and some girls from 2E5, 6.

There was some misunderstanding.

Mian Xia ran and accidentally bumped into Shi Min... and for some reason Mian Xia just blew up. I think she never say "Sorry" bah... then she told Shi Min in chinese,

"You know I've been tolerating you people very since the start of the game already, can you just stop all your nonsense?!"

"Oi! You kao pei kao bu ah! Not happy come fight lah! Na bey ji bye..."

"Okay, fine, come on!"

Alicia and Jolyn/Xiao Li managed to stop Mian Xia but Eileen and another girl was adding oil to the fire... hai. The rest carried on with the game while they argued, luckily no teachers saw it (?). So our opponent lost (WAHAHA!) and we went for a break.

Our group lined up to drink water and the opponent team, whose a bunch of sore losers, went to 2nd floor's watercooler. They cursed Mian Xia and even poured water from upstairs, gee, uncivilised people. Mian Xia thanked them when they cursed her, haha, and they ended up speechless. So Alicia and I were talking about the incident just now,

Me: "Wah biang, they very sore losers one leh. When we're throwing the ball, they keep shouting 'Cannot go in one lah!'... kanasai! Whereas when they throw, we didn't even say a single word lor!"

Alicia, "Aiya, we are not narrow-minded people so we don't quarrel with them..."

Me and Alicia, "So we are civilised people!"

*******

Screwed up in band today, yeah, don't wanna say anything. Oh yeah,

Happy Belated 14th Birthday Ziana!

Jie Ying, Li Yin, Hui Xian, Yun Han, Eunice, Mei Xuan and I walked home together. So after Mei Xuan and Yun Han left, Jie Ying realised that she had left her clarinet outside the mamashop! Wah lao! She lost her own stuff also don't wanna go back and take it herself, you know what she did? She nudged me quickly and said,

"Hui Yi! I know you run very fast! Help me take my case thank you!"

Kao... I threw my bag and put my case on the floor to let them take care before I chiong back and take.

Zzz.

And I saw Daniel's dad, Pastor Eddy, at the bus stop area. He doesn't seem to recognise me though...

"Healing Hands III" is a must-watch show and it has knocked some sense into me about life. And now I'm taking a part of the show out to express my view about somethings.

*******

So there was this female doctor called Sarah and her patient, a 50 year-old uncle called Alex (LOL), who likes her previously. Sarah called Paul, a male doctor and her friend as well, to accompany her for fishing. And they started all these philosophy of life. This is the situation:

Alex confesses to Paul that he actually likes his girlfriend's... MOTHER. Since Alex and his girlfriend's Mom are almost the same age, Paul encourages him to woo her.

Alex said, "I don't wanna woo her and after that, all my feelings for her will be gone and she'll be hurt."

Sarah asked what's the commotion about and Paul started to say,

"You know, we guys like fishing. Fishing as in the sense that the period of time when we tried to get the girl that we can't because it makes us wanna have them more and more..." At this moment, Paul really caught as fish (live fish la, not girl).

Sarah asked, "So what will you do when you catch the fish already?"

Paul threw the fish back into the sea and replied, "Then there is no more excitement, we might as let it go."

Sarah was furious and shot at him, "You caught the fish and do you know the fish is hurt already?! And now you throw the fish back into the sea after getting the fish wounded?! You guys are heartless creeps!" and she stormed off.

So I was thinking about this... are all the guys really like this?

Think about it girls, and reflect on yourselves guys if you had been like these before.

...death?

Ms Yeo talked to us during tuition today that a boy was suffering from cancer last 2 years and he has barely managed to overcome it, but on that day when he recovered and his Mom accompanied him to school on Teachers' Day, he died in a car accident.

Saddening isn't it?

After fighting to survive and going through all the kimotherapy after 2 painful years, he only managed to live 1 day, just one day, and he's gone.

She again mentioned that brain-dead patients suffer too because it's kinda... sad? I don't know how to explain this: she has a friend who fainted and nobody came to his rescue in 3 minutes, and he was officially brain-dead. Imagine you were in that person's shoes and in just 3 minutes, such a short time to become brain-dead and it seems like eternity for people to rescue you, you become brain-dead. Ms Yeo did talked to her friend but her friend couldn't reply... I'm sure his friend must have been very eager to talk to her but he can't.

It amuses us that patients suffering from any illness will know when their days are numbered. Her friend suddenly can move and do all sorts of things which they didn't expect, and the patient will also tell their relatives or friends what to do, this and that, before they leave.

I heard that the most beautiful way to die is to inhale gas? (Gee... all Ms Yeo tell us de) Because when you inhale gas, your cheeks turns all pinky and you WILL die with rosy pink cheeks. Rong Li said that the most peaceful way was to take alot of sleeping pills and alchohol.

Committing suicide?

The boys suggested that we should drink Coke and eat Mentos so we'll explode and die.

Zzz.

*Note: I'm not telling people ways to die but this is my personal point of view and NO, I typed this post doesn't mean I'm considering to end my life.

Yeah, it's bloody irritating to be back my negative self again Okay lar, I teased Faith on the bus was for fun but then she's like cannot take it one lor. I was trying my best to cook up a subject to talk about... sigh... no one understands

So I went for self-practice in school today with Hui Xian and I got stopped by the stupid security guard because I was wearing section tee PLUS bermudas, which are not allowed lah. Hui Xian told me that I need to go home and change Thank goodness the guard gave me chance and I hid in the music room playing songs karaoke style Shao Hao, Ziyi and Jia Min came later, followed by Xin Hong, Jackson, Yong Hua and Inez. "Centuria" really sucked for me lor... because my sound was horrible! Went to buy drinks with Shao Hao and Ziyi after a while, saw Yi Rong walking from the canteen and that was when I realised that I owe him a birthday present

Met Xin Hong, Jackson, Jia Min and Shao Hao at Hougang Mall area and we took 87 to Bedok North, had lunch and Lydia was lost at Eunos interchange, called loads of times for help. Was supposed to find Mei but her choir practices and the band practice time sorta clashed lar, so we didn't see each other.

When we stepped into the band room, all of them started to clap... gee. Anyway, I was SHOCKED to see someone sitting beside Faith After setting up instrument, I accompanied Jackson to wash mouthpiece and I told him about what I saw, he didn't realise it leh! WAH BIANG. Then he started to imitate that someone's reaction, evil.

Ran through "Centuria" and "Starflight Overture" then Bedok North played their own "Overture to Colas Bruegnon". (The song quite nice lah) Packed up and the whole lot of Hougang people left. Took 87 with some juniors, Xin Hong, Faith and Jackson. We joked and teased Faith in the bus alot

Had dinner/tea break at Long John Silvers with the 3 of them and that was when I started to voice out telling Faith she's bias or something lah... I felt pretty bad that time But Jackson eventually help me to sort out my negative thoughts, thanks alot We had a GREAT time talking over there eh? Hehe, I just knew it today that the 3 of them had actually notice her... you know you know? After telling them about Chand's incident (an indian lady came up to her and spoke alot of tamil stuff... but Chand didn't understand a single thing!) Faith practically, almost spat her food out laughing like hell.

We headed to find washrooms... yeah, Faith lor. So the 3 of us stood outside the shop and started to gaze at the dead shark in the glass bottle... ew. Suddenly, there was the whole lot of juniors taking escalator to the lobby and started waving at us from afar! Quite creepy eh and I didn't dared to wave back then Jackson started to imitate that certain someone when she saw Faith Went to the neoprint shop to look at some neoprints Stopped by Comics Connection and this Yu Nu arh, don't wanna come out: she walked and stop to look, walk and stop, she was reluctant to get outta the shop because she was mesmerized by the computer games I didn't know she is such a gamer.

Took 101 back and saw Xin Wang Gor and Sis Jean on the bus, yeap, that's all!

I've gotta admit that this blogskin really sucked because the colours only had one theme, hai.

I have 2 more blogskins waiting for me to finish and put them up at Blogskins.com. And I've completed a blog today, *evil laughs* some people should know de la.

Met Li Yin and Chand today at 7.25am *yawn* for breakfast at Mac opposite my house. So I told them this funny dream I had...

**********

My Mom, Aunt Sandy and family and I were heading to Harbourfront to some religion's HQ(WTF?!) for some talk about "Curses" by some Reverend. When I reached Harbourfront... guess who I saw buying clothes?

FAITH! xDD

She was wearing a orange shirt (and the rest I didn't take note) and holding a shirt, seeing if it was nice (HAHAHA). Then there was this little girl standing beside her, practically messing up all the clothes and it wasn't even a sale lor! This girl was really naughty I should say.

I didn't cared much and went ahead to disturb Faith like I always do: mess up her hair. Faith was like, "No! No!" as usual (like commanding her dogs...) to me as we chased each other round and round the circular clothes rack where all the new clothes are stacked, later she left the shop.

The Reverend, who was supposed to give the talk in 15 minutes time, appeared at the shop (mysteriously...) and wanted to tell me and the little girl about some logic thing. There were 3 bottles containing different stuffs placed on a very long table in the shop... roughly about 1.8m long: 1 bottle contained chilli seeds, the other was peanuts and I forgot the 3rd one. There was another same set at the other end of the table.

So the Reverend challenged the little girl to push the 3 bottles with the correct amount of force, one by one so that it hits the other 3 bottles at the other end of the table. Carefully, the girl looked closely and pushed the bottle with chilli seeds with all her strength and it slide off the table... miraculously when the bottle shattered into pieces, the glass didn't cut me at all (Reverend and I were standing at the other end, behind the 3 bottles by the side. The table is rectangular by the way).

I realise that it doesn't make sense of what the Reverend was telling us so in a moment, I shifted the 3 bottles near me to a reasonable distance. Little did I expect that the little girl was yelling at me!

"Why did you shift the bottles? You are disrupting my 'game' and it doesn't make sense for me!"

I retorted back furiously,

"Hey, I had enough of you already kiddo. I'm older than you and c'mon, I know what makes sense and what doesn't okay? So you better respect people who are older than you and stop blabbering vulgarities!"

The girl gave up and stood still silently for few moments with her head down and I went up to her to console her, saying "Sorry". It was when I got close to her then I realised that she has been "abused"/"bullied"... (it's VERY lame)

There were neoprints stuck all over her hair.

and I took all of them down for her.

Received this email from Li Qin about the personality of those people born in 12 different months, so I shall post mine here XD

Outgoing personality. Takes risks. Feeds on attention. No self-control. Kind hearted. Self-confident. Loud and boisterous. VERY revengeful. Easy to get along with and talk to. Has an "every thing's peachy" attitude. Likes talking and singing. Loves music. Daydreamer. Easily distracted. Hates not being trusted. BIG imagination. Loves to be loved. Hates studying. In need of "that someone". Longs for freedom. Rebellious when withheld or restricted. Lives by "no pain no gain". Caring. Always a suspect. Playful. Mysterious. "Charming" or "beautiful" to everyone. Stubborn. Curious. Independent. Strong willed. A fighter.

Ohmyzod, those in bold applies to me so much!

People, please go and read the clarinet blog/committee blog or this website about Steve Irwin. Please put the turtle emoticon in front of your MSN nickname as a sign of respect for him as he has died after being attacked by a stingray while filming a documentary. So~ *evil* it means you all should eat more stingrays during barbecue *evil laughs* Muahahaha!

Anyway, Rest In Peace Steve Irwin. We will miss your enthusiasm towards animal and your exciting shows ='(

Arhhhhh~ I can't stand some of the clarinettists from First Toa Payoh. How can you possibly curse our teacher? Please be reminded that you are not in your own school but someone else's! So show some respect if you want others to respect you!

I really wanna pour out all my thoughts here, especially the short clarinet boy. He scolded one of our band teachers "Wah stupid fucking teacher..." (note: I don't wanna reveal what that teacher did to "irritate" that boy) to the FTP clarinet girl. When An Chun shouted, "Band attention!", both of them are still talking loudly! I told them to keep quiet but they ignored! Omigosh... I'm exploding already. I know the feeling when those people who sits around can play certain songs and you can't, but could you at least just pay attention, sight-read the scores and sit up straight? This boy was practically "sleeping"!

Excuse me.

*vomits out a pail of blood*

The clarinet and bass clarinet girl seemed quite nice and the tall guy, to me, is a bit de... weird? I can see he's trying his best to play "A Leroy Anderson Portrait" with us la, so does the sec 1 BN clarinet boy This is what warms my heart because people are trying their best... unlike some people!

I'm in no position to criticise anything from what I've said in the beginning of the post, I am just voicing out what I feel. So if you're not happy, spam my tagboard if you want.
