I've been doing banners after band for the past 3 or 4 rehearsals, sooo maybe that's why the lack of update =S
Today while doing banners, we're talking about the woman, Bhutto, being assasinated yesterday. Gosh, there were blood and flesh flying all over when the bomb exploded. Suddenly Ziana said that
"Bhutto" actually means penis in malay... while we were having lunch. Then the "broomstick" thing came in, Jerrick singing the christmas song
NON-STOP and Yong You playing the "Benny Lava" song on his phone.
NCC had a rehearsal (I guess) on their POP after our lunch, so while they were running through, I played the christmas song on my phone and Hayley, Jun Rong, Ziana, Yong You echoed
"2 GIANT BREASTS!" LOUDLY when we reached that part, haha.
And, Elijah's favourite song is
"Fabulous", yes, the one in "High School Musical 2" because he kept annoying us by his singing! So stop it already!
Here's this video dedicated to Elijah... chipmunk version :D

Sorry for disappearing after 2 wordy posts, haha.
Hmm, let me recall.
I went to Compass Point with Mom and Dad to get my keyboard! HOHOHO! They thought I would like the one that's having sale at the lobby, Metro sale, but unfortunately, they gave away all the keyboard stands already! O.O So I'd rather buy a keyboard at the music school upstairs. Same price as the ones on sale, but it includes stand ^^
So
TADAH~!

I went to Compass Point's Popular to check out "Twilight" before buying the keyboard but they ran out of stock. Soooo, I headed ALL THE WAY to Kovan's Popular to buy "Twilight". Yahoo~! =D

I've read half of the book in 2 days already, and I was occupied with my keyboard for the rets of the day, haha. Can't wait to buy "New Moon" and "Eclipse" and watch the movie alreadyyyyy!
Some day earlier while doing banners, Elijah got bullied by Emily and Yong You!

Yong You: "Hi gay, want make up on your face?"
Elijah: "...Nooo~~~"

Yong You: "Aiya I draw for you free one lah!"
Elijah: "...NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
*all captions/dialogues are FICTIONAL unless I have super-duper-ultra-wonderful memory to remember what they saidTill then, tata~

Alright alright, I bought my keyboard yesterday. $200 for keyboard, adaptor and stand. I don't think I need a 71-key, a 61-key will do :) And "Twilight" is sold out in Popular! Yes, Hougang Mall and Compass Point branches! DAMN!
Heading off to Kovan right now to get "Twilight". Maybe the Popular over there is kinda
ulu that's why they still have the stock there, haha.

Damn, my sister is going around telling Mom and Dad that I wanted a keyboard for Christmas =.= But
I don't feel like I deserve anything this Christmas since my results hasn't been good; I didn't study much; my math still sucks terribly; all I do is slack at home; and you may even win 4D if you see me doing housework...
I wanna switch to study mode right now but I feel so frustrated inside when I'm stuck in my room, reading 2 chapters of bio for 2 hours plus! I just need to get out somewhere, probably a place to vent my frustations...
Oh what the hell am I talking about, isn't this season supposed to be happy?
I guess not... for me.

Some very outdated, overdue and random photos that stayed in my phone for quite a while.

Emily and I were disturbing Yun Han with the glitter wires.

Wassat? Golden bottlecaps? =D

Hayley: "Why so slow ah..."
Faith: "I poke poke poke" *pokes the nuggets*
HOHO! Faith, you're caught on Doreen's camera!

Hello Joey, having a GOOD time opening breezer? =D

My Sim was smiling at my camera while dancing with his shakers =.=
Mei laughed like mad when he suddenly faced us. That's how your Sim will look like after few weeks stranded on an island... socialising with chimpanzees...
Went to Sis Jean's house on Monday for dinner: Yummy japanese curry! I get to play with the gingerbread man that she made! =P The guy looks kinda stupid 'cos I was still trying out the pink icing.

And now you have a couple!

Damn, my dinner's like so late already. Ciao.

FERRERO ROCHER WITH WORMS?
Sales executive Sandra wanted to give her customers a treat. She left on each desk two pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolate she had bought from Sheng Siong Supermarket this morning (Dec 11)."One girl saw a worm crawling out! We put the chocolate back into theboxand shook it. More worms crawled out!" she said.
"I bought four boxes of the chocolate from Sheng Siong in Jurong West.As Iwas giving out the chocolate from one box, I saw powdery stuff in thereandthought it was caused by poor handling," she said.
"Then one of the girls saw a worm crawling out!"
Alarmed, she quickly collected all the chocolate she had given out."We put the chocolate from that particular box back into the box andshookthe box. All the worms started crawling out from the wrapper!" Sandra said.
These photos and video were sent by her customer Teddy, 26. In the video, the worm was seen crawling."Someone ate the chocolate without checking but he seems fine. The chocolate was manufactured in Jan 07 and expire Jan 08. The box of chocolate is still in the office. All the worms are still alive," he said. STOMP contacted Sheng Siong Supermarket and a spokesman said: "We will remove all the chocolate from that batch that was produced in Jan 07 andexpire in Jan 08 from all our outlets." We have apologised to the STOMPer and will send four boxes of the chocolate from the latest batch personally to her."Based on preliminary internal checks, the chocolate had not expired but we will remove them from the shelves. Customers who have problems can contact Sheng Siong." We have also notified the supplier," she said.Labels: chocolates

Yesterday had
6 Wisdom gathering with the usual peeps:
Jia Ying, Lisa, Hwei Teng, Xiao Li, me, Andrew, Adrian, Ding Jie, Nicholas, Bryan, Jun Yuan. Supposed to have Ms Gwee with us but she couldn't make it last minute so uh... we hung around AMK area for the
whole day =.=
We're supposed to go to Marina Square to do window-shopping...
I don't know what's the use for that because it'll only waste time and hurt my foot, then movie or bowling game afterwards dinner at Seoul Garden. Unfortunately, HA! Seoul Garden near temporary AMK bus interchange
closed down looooooooong time ago!
So we had lunch at the kopitiam near Jubilee.
After lunch and after much consideration, Andrew (being the 老大 for today) decided to go to
KBOX?!?!?! Only 3 people are singing and those who are not singing still have to pay $17 =.= Like WTF right? The gals all wanted to sing, well except for me and the guys. Ding Jie and I were protesting all the way. So we finally settled to watch "Hitman" at AMK Hub.
But Andrew said that Lisa couldn't pass the NC16 rule, hahahaha. That was a joke. Oh yah, at the kopitiam, Andrew was asking about what's "Hitman" about, I said its about killing people. He understand already until Nicholas
chap in and define the proper term as "assasin" or "assasinate". LOL.
Kill people can already lar.Adrian watched "Golden Compass" and Nicholas planned to watch "Alvin and the Chipmunks" with his family but we managed to drag him to watch "Chipmunks" with all of us. But we bought the tix for 4pm and the time now is only...
2.30pm?! Nevermind, we topped up card and played at the arcade. Actually they used my card as a medium because they lost theirs. I played "Bishi Bashi" with Bryan and er... Andrew? Then there was this stage where this girl has to eat the food according to the colours, I went totally
psycho! Even Bryan and Andrew got frightened of me, haha.
Anyway, the girls went outta the arcade 'cos it was too noisy but we separated the tickets into each single piece and drew lots ourselves, of course, we took the ones which has the best view and the girls sat together in a row. We were told to buy tickets faster because Adrian had to fly to Japan after the movie?! Gosh, well his flight was 12midnight so he has to go home and pack up.
Rating: 4/5Theodore's voice over was... Jesse McCartney! I didn't believe it until I saw the starting credits, I was like "Huh?!" but it's chipmunks voice lar, so you can't really recognise it.
Anna came and join us, Andrew, Jia Ying and Lisa left. The rest of us went to KFC to have dinner but only Anna and Hwei Teng ate there. Bryan went home. Then Xiao Li, Ding Jie, Hwei Teng, Nicholas, Jun Yuan and I took 88 back to the kopitiam near Xiao Li's house to have porridge, haha. Jun Yuan left and the 4 of us went to the nearby playground to talk about old times. Who had a crush on who when we were still Primary 6 at that time, what big events that took place, how bonded we are than other classes right now...
ahh~ the old times :DThe weather rained wherever we go, so we finally went to a void deck to talk until 10.30pm. Mom got so mad at me that he "prank call"-ed me several times =.=
And I got kinda sunburnt from today's drills. Grr.
P/S: Check out the new video at the side :)

Philwinds concert wasn't so good as I've expected =S
The piano soloist looked kinda
buay song when we kept clapping for her cos she walk away immediately after bowing, then she played "Flight of Bumblebee" on the piano.
I was excited about "1812 Overture" but I guess the invited percussionists ruined it? When the song started, I was geared up and ready to be blown away but when the sound of 8 messy bass drums came, I was like "Er...". Plus the chimes were also very "Er...". So I wasted my $15? Not really, the Jazz Suite was really nice too, except for a few idiots clapping in between the movements and talking non-stop =.=

I just had a
very very bad nightmare :( The school building looked weird too, instead of normal staircases, it's a spiral staircase leading 1st floor to 2nd floor and at 2nd floor, the path is so narrow that only 3 people an squeeze together.
Okay, I'm making you confused right?

I hope you understand the layout of the "school" already.
Alright, here I go. We were having band camp in the school and it's already night time, but people still don't wanna sleep. Well, my nightmare doesn't really have a proper beginning so I'll just skip over to where my nightmare really started.
Yi Le (I don't know HOW she came into my dream...) was telling us to stay away from the door because there's
something that we don't wish to see. When I look below at the staircase, I saw a
mummy waiting at the spiral staircase and
Jia Min (I don't know HOW either) was hanging onto the 2nd floor railing for her dear life. Means, if she drop to 1st floor, she'll get eaten by the mummy any time. I was screaming like mad at that time 'cos I've never saw such a THING before.
The mummy was all wrapped up and botak but only their left eye wasn't covered. So it's a lil creepy eh? Their eye was red or some other freakish colour, I can't remember.
People were running around, panicking. Some hiding in classroom sobbing away and covering themselves in their sleeping bags. I was so worried that Jia Min will get eaten, that I ran to my classroom, sat on the chair and cried. Then
Yong Hua (... WHY HIM?!) was still playing a fool. He was tired from running about, so he sat on the floor and lean against the dustbin to rest, still laughing at Khalis. Suddenly the mummy appeared and
took his soul away by standing real close to him. Upon seeing this, I screamed my lungs out and cried like there's no tomorrow. I saw a
patch of blood on his black shirt and his face is still in a state of shock, but of course, he's dead.
So I went back to see if Jia Min was alright, indeed, she still has the strength to hold onto the railing. But the mummy at the staircase suddenly got a surge of energy to rip through the door, not noticing other girls, and went to take Jia Min's soul immediately. I knew staying at the corner would do no good because I'll get trapped there, so I made the dash of my life. I ran like I never did before, at the moment when I ran past the mummy, I felt my soul was being
pulled out for a split second then it came back to me again when I reach my classroom.
The horrible experience of my soul being pulled out made me collapse onto the floor after my dash.
The people involved are just well... I don't know they came about also, but I remember their faces very clearly and I'm sure it was them. So no offence to the people named because this is just a nightmare and I DID NOT deliberately choose them to be in this post :) Maybe I'm watching too much anime...

I don't think Terminal 3 is a very nice designed place.
Oh yes, I saw the ugly
"drain-covers" hanging from the top of the ceiling and they look horrible. And what did the TV mention about the design principles? They wanted the
"drain-covers" to provide natural lighting =.= oh what the hell.
They look like a heck of shit anyway. So Aunt Sandy, Uncle Alex, Mei, Kai and I paid $1 to tour the departure hall of the terminal. We didn't pay $3 for the tour guide cos we can walk around on our own. So after walking for about an hour, it was the end of our trip. I mean our $1. An aunty walked past us and asked her husband,
"Huh? Like that $1 only ah? So fast?"
LOL, yah, so fast right? Then I heard a tour guide explaining about the design of the chairs,
"虽然这些椅子看起来硬邦邦的,但是坐起来非常舒服."
She means that it's some ergonomic chair lah, but who cares: the design of the carpet is wayyy to confusing, messy, ugly, and the chair designs are so random... like as if there isn't enough cloth to cover each chair.
There's nothing much there to take photo of, but I got SO BORED that I took some photos of the "waterfall".

I went to Cheers to buy nachos! Okay, this sentence sounds really no link over here. And I pressed way too much cheese till I couldn't finish the cheese... Mei has the picture with her of how THICK the cheese was.
Anyway, we headed to Swensens for dinner! YUMYUM!

Kai's beef baked rice.

Mei's salmon + mushroom baked rice

My curry chicken baked rice took forever to come! Aunt Sandy has already finished her meal and I have even barely started. Did they went to India to collect spices, flew to Thailand to harvest rice and pluck chicken's feathers in the kitchen...
My food finally came after what seemed like an eternity...

Lastly, I shall end of this post with Mei scraping every inch and corner of the bowl for every remaining chocolate... unglam-ly.

My heart aches when I read clarinetists' blog that they're still upset about Sec 4s leaving. Well, this doesn't mean I'm heartless for not typing it out. What goes up but never comes down? Age. People grow older and that is something that you can't stop. We have to face the 生老病死 process. Since the last day of camp is over and you all have cried enough (including me), let's all enjoy this chalet to the max alright?
To: graduating seniors...Faith. I remember still hating you when I was Sec 1, haha. But after we moved onto Sec 2, I don't know how we became close and formed the 三朵花 (Hayley, Yun Han and me). There was once that there wasn't improvement in our songs and you told us, "Last time we can tackle 'Overture Jubiloso', why can't we all tackle this song? I'm sure we can do it." And you
falling down, your "MANLINESS" and your 我没有!!!Joey. You were always the hyperactive and noisy one. Still remember we played "Procession of the Sardar" during our first exchange with other schools? Man, I enjoyed those days! We were so high and everyone was trouble-free :)
Hui Xian. For scolding us during sectionals when we're not serious and pretending to be angry when you're not! we had a hard time guessing whether your mood is serious or not.
Jia Min. You're always like the 大姐姐 to me because I can share all my troubles with you and talk to you :)
Lastly, to all my seniors. I thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for guiding me through my band life all these while and being such good friends, good family members :)
And clarinet section must stay strong and together! We must be gelled (spelling?) together like SUPER GLUE!
Remember: every senior will leave one day and you have to adapt to having new members to join our clarinet family every year. If the seniors don't leave, we'll become 千年老妖怪 by "Addiction 100", haha! :)

Congratulations Ms Tan! Oh no, it should be Mrs Tan :)
Met Xiao Li and went to Paya Lebar Methodist church ourselves. Saw quite a lot of Hougang people there. After waiting for Alicia and Faith, we went to the reception counter. The photos they've taken were so nice! Ms Tan was smiling very VERY happily! :) And the ceremony began after a while.

After the whole ceremony, Xiao Li and I didn't really wanna eat at the reception cos there SO MANY people lar, so we went to AMK Hub for...
New York New York! :D :D :D

Xiao Li's pasta with HALF A CHICKEN...

Operating on the chicken, haha.

My mango + pineapple + cherry drink. It's sooooo thick...

YEEHA! My bbq pork ribs with pasta! Heavenly!

Was hoping for a nice effect that'll make you drool but I guess the meat is just making you sick, ain't it?
The dinner burned a hole in my pocket... I had to pay around $30 bucks! Ohmygosh. Anyway, walked around Hub, hoping to find some nice clothes but BAH! They're all so common and expensive. I'll drag Mom and Sis out to pay for my shopping and save up for my keyboard. Woo hoo!
